What instructions do you provide for care and cleaning of Iteratti furs?

Care instructions are included with each Iteratti piece.  If you have any questions regarding the care or cleaning of any of our garments, please contact our U.S. Customer Service at +1 650.248.3724, or by email at customerservice@iteratti.com.

What does Iteratti mean?

The name Iteratti comes from combining the words iteration and Illuminati.  We believe that having iteration is an important part of life – and iteration is a great way of describing how we take used vintage furs and turn them into new desirable garments. The Illuminati are a historical group, known for being enlightened. As we think our customers are wise in selecting an Iteratti fur over a new fur, they are a great example of how enlightenment lives on.  The Illuminati are also know for “little secrets” that allowed them to identify each other. Iteratti garments are not only lined with a trademark chartreuse silk, they carry an individual serial number and Twiteratti account – all “secrets” allowing Iteratti wearers to be clearly identified.

How can I receive an Iteratti catalog?

Because each Iteratti garment is unique, we do not publish a catalog. However, we do have a virtual look book on our site that is always evolving. You can find the latest Iteratti look book at iteratti.com/thecollection.

Can I buy a piece I see in your look book?

Yes! We can make arrangements to sell and ship pieces directly from the lookbook. In the event you make a selection and decide the piece is not right for you, you may exchange it for another item in the collection.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. Customers residing outside of the United States who would like purchase an item or inquire about a trunk show may contact our customer service representatives to receive additional information. Please contact our U.S. Customer Service at +1 650.248.3724, or by email at customerservice@iteratti.com.

Iteratti, Inc., 1525 Miramonte Ave., Los Altos, CA  94024. We will contact only those applicants selected for further consideration. Iteratti is an equal opportunity employer.

Why is vintage fur better than faux fur?

We believe using a vintage pelt or piece to make a new garment is better for the environment, better for the economy, and much warmer not to mention prettier!

Garments made from vintage fur that have been reconditioned, re-glazed, carefully repaired, rebuilt and relined have decades of wear still in them. Unlike faux fur, they are not mass-produced using petrochemicals in large, foreign factories. Instead, they hand-worked by skilled artisans and trades people here in the United States.
